Abstract

According to news reporting originating in M arseille, France, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Total knee arthroplas ty (TKA) carries a significant hemorrhagic risk, with a non-negligible rate of p ostoperative transfusions. The blood-sparing strategy has evolved to reduce bloo d loss after TKA by identifying the patient’s risk factors preoperatively.”
