Text communications are easier to moderate than audio communications because users are more tolerant of delays in transmitting text messages. In addition, moderating text communications is e asier than audio streams because text can be compared to a list of prohibited or problematic words. Conversely, moderation of audio streams is more difficult to analyze because of the variation in accents, tone, volume, the use of sarcasm, etc.
