Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “In the published patent documents, some works have content co ncerning damper protection for direct drive motor angle limits. However, Some sh ortcomings and limitations of the published inventions remain as follows: “U.S. Pat. No. 5,771,753A “Stopper for robot rotary articulation” issued Jun. 30 , 1998 describes the design of stopper ring mechanism for robot. The content of the invention mainly covers angle limit. However, the design doesn’t have a damp ing mechanism for the motor in the content of the invention.
