According to news reporting originating in Fuzhou, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “The single -cell Raman spectra of human leukemic Jurkat cells can be obtained by confocal m icroscopy Raman spectroscopy, including cell groups treated with different doses of cisplatin (0, 3.5, 7, 10.5 and 14 mmol L) for 24 hours and those treated wit h 10.5 mmol L cisplatin for different times (0, 6, 12, 24 and 36 hours). The structure and amount of protein, nucleic acid and other major molecules from different cell groups show special changes in the percentage of biochemical constituen ts.”
