For example, avatars may wear offensive outfits, avatars may perform of fensive actions, players may say offensive things, and players may type offensiv e words into a group chat. When handling an abuse report within a virtual enviro nment, a moderator relies on concrete evidence to take action on the abuse. Some abuse types, such as offensive chat messages are easy to moderate because the g roup chats are logged. Conversely, avatar actions and dynamic content in the vir tual environment in the virtual environment are not recorded, and users cannot e asily provide evidence when reporting abuse.
