Abstract

According to news report ing from Jingzhou, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research s tated, “In recent years, statistics and machine learning methods have been widel y used to analyze the relationship between human gut microbial metagenome and me tabolic diseases, which is of great significance for the functional annotation a nd development of microbial communities. In this study, we proposed a new and sc alable framework for image enhancement and deep learning of gut metagenome, whic h could be used in the classification of human metabolic diseases.”
