Mobile banking allows customers to manage their money without visiting a physical bric k and mortar branch bank location. Customers may check account balances, pay bil ls, transfer funds, send money to others, deposit checks, receive customer suppo rt, apply for loans, receive alerts, apply for credit cards, manage benefits, ma nage credit/debit cards, review transactions, open new accounts, and perform man y other banking services on a mobile application on a mobile device without trav elling to a physical location. The financial services providers provide these fu nctions to customers electronically via an application without the need for in-p erson teller services.
