According to news originating from Beijing, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Polyisoprene (PI) is a wid ely used polymer and constructing a systematic coarse-grained (CG) PI model with the structural and thermodynamic consistency with the underlying atomic model o ver a wide range of thermodynamic conditions is very important for the predictiv e capability of CG model on overall properties of PI polymer materials and the e stablishment of their structure-property relationship. However, as the number of tunable CG potential parameters and target properties grows, traditional parame ter tuning methods become impractical.” Financial support for this research came from National Natural Science Foundatio n of China (NSFC).
