Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – New research on Biotechnology - Bioinf ormatics is the subject of a report. According to news reporting out of Zhangzho u, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “This retrosp ective transcriptomic study leveraged bioinformatics and machine learning algori thms to identify novel gene biomarkers and explore immune cell infiltration prof iles associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Utilizing an integrated analysis of metadata encompassing six gene expression omnibus (GEO) m icroarray datasets, 987 differentially expressed genes were identified.”
