Abstract

According to news reporting out of Guizhou, People’s Repu blic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The quality grade of base di rectly determines the final quality of sauce-flavor. However, traditional method s for assessing these grades often rely on subjective experience, lacking object ivity and accuracy.”
