According to news reporting out of Suzhou, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The emergence of 2D van der Waals (vdW) mat erials, owing to highly tunable electrical conductivity, remarkably free stackab ility, and excellent compatibility for heterojunction integration, has provided abundant research diversity of artificial synapses. Here, an innovative 2D vdW h eterosynaptic memtransistor (vdW-HT) synapse is proposed with a ferroelectric Cu InP2S6 inserted layer.”
