According to news originating from Mainz, Germany, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Minimally invasive esophagectomies, including robot-assisted procedures, have demonstrated superiority over traditi onal open surgery. Despite the prevalence of transhiatal and transthoracic appro aches, cervical access is less common in minimally invasive esophageal surgery.”
