According to news or iginating from Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, r esearch stated, “Neuromorphic computing holds the promise to achieve the energy efficiency and robust learning performance of biological neural systems. To real ize the promised brain-like intelligence, it needs to solve the challenges of th e neuromorphic hardware architecture design of biological neural substrate and t he hardware amicable algorithms with spike-based encoding and learning.”
