According to news reporting out of Anhui, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Lignin has been recognized as a major fac tor contributing to lignocellulosic recalcitrance in biofuel production and attr acted attentions as a high-value product in the biorefinery field. As the tradit ional wet chemical methods for detecting lignin content are labor-intensive, tim e-consuming and environment-toxic, it is an urgent need to develop high-throughp ut and environment-friendly techniques for large-scale crop germplasms screening .”
