Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – New research on Artificial Intelligenc e is the subject of a report. According to news reporting out of Raleigh, North Carolina, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “While artificial intelligence (AI ) has been increasingly employed in communication technologies, limited research has explored the user experience of AI-powered chatbots. Based on Uses & Gratification (U&G) theory, this study conducted a quantitative met a-analysis of 12 studies to examine the relationship between four dimensions of user gratification (utilitarian, technology, hedonic, and social) and user satis faction with AI-powered chatbots.”
