According to news originating from Antwerp, B elgium, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “This letter presents LiDAR-B IND, a novel sensor fusion framework aimed at enhancing the reliability and safe ty of autonomous vehicles (AVs) through a shared latent embedding space. With th is method, the addition of different modalities, such as sonar and radar, into e xisting navigation setups becomes possible.” Financial support for this research came from FWO.
