Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – New research on Machine Learning is th e subject of a report. According to news reporting from Wuhan, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Separating diffuse horizonta l irradiance (DHI) from ground-based global horizontal irradiance observations i s critical owing to lack of direct DHI observations. Existing models are often s ite-specific and time-bound, thereby limiting their universal applicability.” Financial support for this research came from National Natural Science Foundatio n of China (NSFC).
