In such an injection molding system, an injection mo lding machine includes a cover surroundingthe operation range of the robot, and when the cover of the injection molding machine is opened, theoperations of th e robot and the injection molding machine are stopped. This ensures the safety o f theinjection molding system.“However, if the operation of not only the robot but also the injection molding machine is stoppedwhen the injection molding machine cover is opened, the resin , which is the material in the injectionmolding machine, remains in the injecti on molding machine, the temperature of the resin deviates froman appropriate te mperature range, the resin deteriorates, and the quality of a molded article aft er theoperation of the injection molding machine is restarted may deteriorate. Therefore, in the injection moldingsystem of JP-A2016-083823, it is difficult t o achieve both safety and quality maintenance of the injectionmolding system.”
