Eco-friendlyproducts, which may be referred to as envir onmentally-friendly or sustainable products, are products thatare considered to have a positive environmental impact by affecting the environment less when com pared tocompeting products. Businesses, however, face many challenges in achiev ing conversions (e.g., a purchaseof an item) of their eco-friendly products.
