Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “A service provider can resolve service events for users at a location associated with the service provider. For example, a user can wait in a queue at the location to have a service event resolved by authorized personnel. However, waiting in the queue can be time-consuming. Thus, it can be desirable to automate the service events, such as by implementing automated teller machine s (ATMs). The users can interact with the ATMs, to cause the ATMs to perform fun ctions (e.g., the service events). For example, the users can interact with the ATMs to cause the ATMs to withdraw funds, deposit funds, transfer funds, or perform other suitable service events.
