Abstract

According to news originating from Suzhou, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “In recent years, the rapid development of brain-inspired neuromorphic systems has created an imperative de mand for artificial photonic synapses that operate with low power consumption. Inthis study, a self-driven memristor synapse based on gallium oxide (Ga2O3) nan owires is proposed and demonstrated successfully.”
