By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News-Data detailed on artificial intelligen ce have been presented. According to news reportingoriginating from Bahawalpur, Pakistan, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, "Working memory isvital f or short-term information processing. Binaural beats can enhance working memory by improvingattention and memory consolidation through neural synchronization."Our news reporters obtained a quote from the research from Islamia University of Bahawalpur: "However, individual differences in cognitive and neuronal function ing affect effectiveness of binaural beats, necessitating personalized approache s. This study aimed to develop a machine learning model to predictbinaural beat s's effectiveness on working memory using electroencephalography. Sixty healthy participantsunderwent a 5-min electroencephalography recording, an initial work ing memory evaluation, 15 min of binauralbeats stimulation, and a subsequent wo rking memory evaluation using digit span tests of increasingdifficulty. Recall accuracy and response times were measured. Differential scores from pre-evaluati on andpost-evaluation labeled participants as active or inactive to binaural be ats stimulation. electroencephalographydata, recorded using 14 electrodes, prov ided brain activity estimates across theta, alpha, beta, andgamma frequency ban ds, resulting in 56 features (14 channels x 4 bands) for the machine learning model. Several classifiers were tested to identify the most effective model."
