By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News-New study results on artificial intell igence have been published. According to newsreporting originating from Nationa l Pingtung University of Science and Technology by NewsRx correspondents, resear ch stated, "Although per capita beef consumption in Indonesia remains relatively low, thedemand for beef has increased significantly over the past three decade s."The news correspondents obtained a quote from the research from National Pingtun g University ofScience and Technology: "With domestic production unable to keep pace with this growing demand, thecountry has resorted to imports from other c ountries. This study aims to predict beef consumers andidentify their character istics in Indonesia using various algorithms combined with resampling techniques tohandle an imbalanced dataset. A total of 33,361 observations were collected from the National Socioeconomicand Expenditure Survey conducted in 2021. Based on criteria of precision, sensitivity and F-score,oversampling produces higher accuracy than undersampling and no sampling. Among the six classifiersused to p redict beef consumption in Indonesia, random forest and support vector machine o utperformedothers. Income level is identified as the most powerful factor for p redicting beef consumption, followed byculture, house size, education level, ag e and consumption of poultry meat."
