In orderto safely use such devices, it is necessary to prevent batteries from running out of power, and even if astorage battery is in use, it is necessary to measure the correct capacity at the appro priate times."As methods of obtaining the capacity (FCC) of a storage battery, there are a me thod of measuringthe amount of charged charge by charging the storage battery f rom the state in which the storage batteryran out of charge to the full-charge state and a method of measuring a remaining capacity change amount(dSOC) and a charge change amount (dQ) each representing a change from the beginning to the e nd of aperiod, even if the storage battery has not run out of charge or reached the full-charge state, and dividingthe charge change amount by the remaining c apacity change amount.
