Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: "Robots can largely include "leg" type robots in a form, in wh ich it may walk by using leg-shaped structures, and "wheel" type robots in a for m, in which it may travel by using wheels. A movement speed of a leg type robot may be low and energy use efficiency thereof may be degraded on a flat ground su rface. Furthermore, a travel performance of a wheel type robot may be degraded i n certain environments, such as stairs or rough terrain. In recent years, to sup plement disadvantages of the leg type robots and the wheel type robots, moving b odies provided with a wheel assembly in a form, in which advantages of the two t ypes of robots are combined, have been developed.
