摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-机器学习的新研究是一篇报道的主题。据新闻报道来自中华人民共和国雅安的报道,由NewsRx记者报道,研究称,研究了乳酸菌共发酵对青稞麸皮的改性保加利亚乳杆菌和马克斯克鲁维酵母,建立了水分胁迫下DF含量的动态预测模型这些共发酵条件使用Machin E学习算法。结果表明,XGBoost算法可以预测DF分量含量的ct变化(R=0.9553(SDF/IDF),RMSE=0.0464.)并确定最佳发酵条件。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – New research on Machine Learning is th e subject of a report. According to newsreporting originating from Ya’an, Peopl e’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated,“This study in vestigated the modification of highland barley bran through co-fermentation of L actobacillusbulgaricus and Kluyveromyces marxianus, and developed a dynamic pre diction model for DF content underthese co-fermentation conditions using machin e learning algorithms. The results showed that the XGBoostalgorithm could predi ct changes in the DF component content (R = 0.9553(SDF/IDF), RMSE = 0.0464.)and identify optimal fermentation conditions.”
