摘要

Abstract

According to news reportingout of Tamil Nadu, India, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The solvent extraction protocol significantlyinflue nces the yield and purity of the exopolysaccharide recovery from cell-free broth . In this study, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, and PEG-6000 were comp ared for the amount of pullulan recovery(PR), sucrose equivalent (SE), and prot ein impurity (PI) of the precipitate.”
