According to newsreporting out of La Plata, Argentina, b y NewsRx editors, research stated, “In this work we introduce TargetFisher, a c onsensus structure-based target prediction tool that integrates molecular dockin g and machinelearning with the aim to aid in the identification of potential bi ological targets and the optimization ofthe use of bioassays. Target Fisher use s per-residue energy decomposition profiles extracted from dockingposes as fing erprints to train target-specific machine learning models.”
