摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-机器学习的新研究是一篇报道的主题。根据新闻报道来自英国雷丁,NewsRx记者,研究称,“蛋白质结构预测”它是分子生物学的基础,在医药、医药等领域有着广泛的应用蛋白质工程。近年来,机器学习技术大大促进了蛋白质三维建模特别是随着Al phaFold2(AF2)的发展,它可以分析氨基酸序列并以接近实验精度的方式预测三维结构。

Abstract

According to news reportingfrom Reading, United Kingdom, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Protein structure predictionis fundam ental to molecular biology and has numerous applications in areas such as drug d iscovery andprotein engineering. Machine learning techniques have greatly advan ced protein 3D modeling in recentyears, particularly with the development of Al phaFold2 (AF2), which can analyze sequences of amino acidsand predict 3D struct ures with near experimental accuracy.”
