According to news reportingfrom Ormskirk, United Kingdom , by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “The Greater Amanzule Peatlands(GAP) in Ghana is an important biodiversity hotspot facing increasing pressure from an thropogenicland-use activities driven by rapid agricultural plantation expansio n, urbanisation, and the burgeoning oiland gas industry. Accurate measurement o f how these pressures alter land cover over time, along withthe projection of f uture changes, is crucial for sustainable management.”
