摘要

Abstract

According to newsreporting from Guimaraes, Portugal, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Floods are among the mostcommon natural disasters, causing countless losses every year worldwide and demanding urgent me asuresto mitigate their impacts. This study proposes a novel combination of art ificial intelligence and processbasedmodels to construct a flood early warning system (FEWS) for estuarine regions.”
