According to news reportingoriginating from the Beijing Key L aboratory of Traffic Engineering by NewsRx correspondents, researchstated, “Spe cial vehicles (SVs) are vehicles which conduct tasks such as the maintenance of urban roadsand are typically characterized by travelling at a lower speed at a constant rate of speed within the samelane.”
