摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-关于人工智能的详细数据已经呈现。据新闻报道NewsRx通讯员从那不勒斯联邦第二大学发回的报道,研究表明,本工作旨在确定一台单模(SM)绝缘体上硅(SOI)肋形波导USI机学习(ML)技术,通过将输入数据与目标属性匹配来自动学习。我们的新闻编辑从那不勒斯费德里科第二大学的研究中获得了一句话:“随机”森林(RF)是本文中使用的ML算法。利用2对模型的精度达到99%得分该器件是一种基于硅(Si)的肋形波导,其包层由二氧化硅(SiO2)制成资源得到的结果说明了SM的条件,发现宽度和肋蚀深度相对较小与总厚度相比更小。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – Data detailed on artificial intelligen ce have been presented. According to newsreporting originating from the Univers ity of Naples Federico Ⅱ by NewsRx correspondents, research stated,“This work aim to determine a Single Mode (SM) Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) rib waveguide usi ng Machinelearning (ML) techniques, which learn automatically by matching the I nput data with the target property.”Our news editors obtained a quote from the research from University of Naples Fe derico II: “RandomForest (RF) is the ML algorithm used in this work. The accura cy of the model reaches 99% by using R2score. The device is a rib waveguide based on Silicon (Si), with a cladding made of Silica (SiO2). The results obtained illustrate the conditions for SM, with the width and the rib etch- depth found to be relativelysmaller compared to the total thickness.”
