Abstract

Accordingto news reporting out of Chenna i, India, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Thermoelectric propertiesin topo logical insulator Bi2Se3 are explored with multifaceted strategies, i.e., hybrid functional with strainand artificial intelligence methodology. The assessment with the experimental band gap values recognizesthe limitations of conventional functional and the effectiveness of screened hybrid functionals.”
