By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews - New research on Robotics is the subject of a repo rt. According to news reporting originatingfrom Hefei, People’s Republic of Chi na, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “This paper presentsa 9-DOF cabl e-driven parallel spray-painting robot (CDPSR) with 3 degrees of redundancy (DOR s)for automated spraying on large, curved surfaces and proposes a feasible cabl e tension region (FCTR)calculation algorithm for multi-redundant robots. The en d effector of the CDPSR consists of two movingplatforms connected by a spherica l hinge and driven by 12 cables, enabling 9 DOFs of motion (3 fortranslation an d 6 for rotation).”
