摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑新闻-人工智能的新研究是一份报告的主题。根据新闻报道来自中国武汉的NewsRx编辑,研究称,“管理高通量”具有可控装置工作温度的余热成为热处理的关键和挑战人工智能、通信、电动车辆、国防和AE航天部门。喷雾冷却,将强迫对流与工质相变潜热相结合,具有良好的应用前景通量散热。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews – New research on Artificial Intelligence is the su bject of a report. According to news reportingout of Wuhan, People’s Republic o f China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Managing high-fluxwaste heat with controllable device working temperature is becoming challenging and critical fo r theartificial intelligence, communications, electric vehicles, defense and ae rospace sectors. Spray cooling,which combines forced convection with phase-chan ge latent heat of working fluids, is promising for highflux heat dissipation.”
