According to news reporting originatingfrom Beijing, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Traditionallymethods for as sessing mutton quality rely on physical and chemical examination analyses that n ecessitateprecise experimental environment conditions and specialized knowledge , often resulting in the compromiseof the sample’s structural integrity. To add ress these challenges, this study explores the application ofnear-infrared spec troscopy (NIR) as a non-destructive alternative for mutton quality evaluation, l everagingits operational simplicity, rapid analysis capabilities, and minimal r equirement for technical expertise.”Financial support for this research came from Earmarked Fund for CARS-38.
