By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News - New research on Robotics is the subjec t of a report. According to news reportingoriginating from Huzhou, People’s Rep ublic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “In thisstudy, we em ployed lock-in amplifier-based surface photovoltage (SPV) spectroscopy to identi fy bandgapexcitations, bound exciton states, and defect excitations in CsBiI. T his method, combined with SPV phasespectroscopy, enabled the evaluation of deep -level and shallow-level defects, correlating with charge-transfertransitions a nd defect-induced broad tailing absorption observed in the absorption spectrum.”
