Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors:“Aspects of the disclosure relate to deploying machine learnin g systems to provide relief to users in need.In particular, one or more aspects of the disclosure relate to machine learning based automated managementof a us er account.“Enterprise organizations may utilize various computing infrastructure to transa ct business with theircustomers. In some instances, customers may experience ha rdships, and this may result in an inability tomanage financial and other relat ed transactions. Detecting when a customer is experiencing hardship, andprovidi ng appropriate relief to the customer, may be of high significance to an enterpr ise organization.In many instances, however, it may be difficult to ensure dete ction of such hardships, and remediatingeffects of the hardship, while also att empting to optimize the resource utilization, bandwidth utilization,and efficie nt operations of the computing infrastructure involved in maintaining, accessing , and executingsuch activities.”
