Abstract

According to news reporting out ofBeijing, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Interdisciplinary research teamsare crucial in solving complex problems by providing creative solutions that si ngle-discipline teams cannotachieve. Despite considerable research has been con ducted to enhance the efficacy of interdisciplinaryteams, there is still a lack of understanding regarding the correlation between team diversity and innovative performance.”
