Abstract

According to news reportingout of Bangkok, Thailand, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Artificial intelligence has accelerated thea pplication scenarios and business value of map applications.”Our news journalists obtained a quote from the research from Chulalongkorn Unive rsity: “However, thesustained intention of map applications utilizing artificia l intelligence technology has not received sufficientattention and scholarly in vestigation. Therefore, this study constructs a theoretical model of the continuance intention of map applications, based on their characteristics and combined with user satisfaction andtrust, aiming to explore the influence mechanism of t his continuance intention. The results of structuralequation modeling show that not only user trust and satisfaction have a positive effect on continuance intention towards map applications, but also interactivity characteristics, reliabil ity characteristics, richnesscharacteristics, and personalized characteristics have a positive effect on user satisfaction and trust towardsmap applications.”
