According to news reporting outof Selangor, Malaysia, by NewsRx edit ors, research stated, “This research aims to examine fat fromvarious vegetable oils using n-alkane profiles, as well as chemometrics and machine learning. Unsa ponifiablevegetable oils (coconut, peanut, palm and soybean oils) were separate d and analysed using gaschromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to investigate the n-alkane profiles of each fat.”
