Abstract

According to news originatingfrom the University of Lyon by N ewsRx correspondents, research stated, “For the wine industry, ensuringquality and authenticity hinges on the precise determination of wine origin. In our stud y, we developeda fast semi-quantitative method to analyse 41 chemical elements in wine, employing inductively coupledplasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).”
