Accordingto news reporting originating in Syd ney, Australia, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “This letteraddresses t he problem of controlling an autonomous agent to localize and circumnavigate a s tationary orslowly moving target in the presence of an unknown wind disturbance . First, we introduce a novel windestimator that utilizes bearing-only measurem ents to adaptively estimate the wind velocity.”
