摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-人工智能的新研究是一篇报道的主题。根据来自中国大连的新闻报道,NewsRx编辑,研究称,“准确无误”食物和营养素摄入量的测量对于营养研究、饮食监测和疾病至关重要管理,但传统方法,如24小时饮食记录、食物日记和食物频率问卷往往容易出现回忆错误和社会期望偏差,限制了问卷的可靠性。用人工智能(AI)的先进性,有可能通过以下途径克服这些限制自动化、客观和可扩展的膳食评估技术"。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News - New research on Artificial Intelligenc e is the subject of a report. According tonews reporting out of Dalian, People’ s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Accuratemeasurement o f food and nutrient intake is crucial for nutrition research, dietary surveillan ce, and diseasemanagement, but traditional methods such as 24-hour dietary reca lls, food diaries, and food frequencyquestionnaires are often prone to recall e rror and social desirability bias, limiting their reliability. Withthe advancem ent of artificial intelligence (AI), there is potential to overcome these limita tions throughautomated, objective, and scalable dietary assessment techniques.”
