摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-调查人员发布关于人工智能的新报告。根据新闻报道Ne wsRx记者在波兰比戈什报道中指出:“本文介绍了非接触的使用。”两种聚酰胺塑料板材缺陷的超声无损检测(PA6)和聚乙烯(PE)。本研究的目的是:(1)评价缺陷的存在根据板中测量的兰姆超声波振幅确定其大小、类型和取向由聚酰胺(PA 6)和聚乙烯(PE)制成,其内部结构均匀,主要确定了试验用模型材料的选择;及(2)验证试验用模型材料的可能性。基于ML的自动质量控制与缺陷检测系统上述行业4.0/5.0范式内的研究。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – Investigators publish new report on ar tificial intelligence. According to news reportingfrom Bydgoszcz, Poland, by Ne wsRx journalists, research stated, “This paper presents the use of noncontactul trasound for the nondestructive detection of defects in two plastic plates made of polyamide(PA6) and polyethylene (PE). The aim of the study was to: (1) asses s the presence of defects as wellas their size, type, and orientation based on the amplitudes of Lamb ultrasonic waves measured in platesmade of polyamide (PA 6) and polyethylene (PE) due to their homogeneous internal structure, whichmain ly determined the selection of such model materials for testing; and (2) verify the possibilities ofbuilding automatic quality control and defect detection sys tems based on ML based on the results of theabove-mentioned studies within the Industry 4.0/5.0 paradigm.”
