摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-调查人员讨论机器学习的新发现。根据新闻报道来自中华人民共和国兰州,由NewsRx记者报道,研究称,"MBene材料和Si3N4材料具有优异的性能,但在制备过程中还存在许多技术瓶颈高性能柔性结构电子器件材料的研制。本文结合了MBene与Si3N4材料形成超晶格结构,该超晶格结构由六个超晶格异质结构照片。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – Investigators discuss new findings in Machine Learning. According to news reportingfrom Lanzhou, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “MBene materials andSi3N4 mater ials have excellent properties, but there are still many technical bottlenecks i n the preparationof high-performance and flexible structure electronic device m aterials. In this paper, MBene is combinedwith Si3N4 materials to form a superl attice structure, which is composed of six superlattice heterostructures.”
