由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-一项关于机器学习的新研究现在可用。根据新闻报道由NewsRx记者发起的印度旁遮普研究称,“寻找高效光电探测器,”从环境监测到通信的各种应用系统和成像,继续推动新材料和创新器件结构的研究。本文对两种肖特基器件的性能进行了深入的比较分析紫外(UV)光电探测器:铂(Pt)/氧化锌(ZnO)和Pt/少层石墨烯(FLG)/ZnO,Bot H具有铝(Al)欧姆接触。

Abstract

According to news reportingoriginating in Punjab, India, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “The search for highly efficient photodetectors,d riven by various applications ranging from environmental monitoring to communica tionsystems and imaging, continues to drive research into novel materials and i nnovative device architectures.This paper offers an in-depth comparative analys is to optimize the performance of two types of Schottkyultraviolet (UV) photode tectors: platinum (Pt)/zinc oxide (ZnO) and Pt/few-layer graphene (FLG)/ZnO,bot h featuring aluminum (Al) ohmic contacts.”
