摘要

由一名新闻记者-机器人与机器学习日报的工作人员新闻编辑每日新闻-机器学习的最新研究结果已经发表。据新闻报道NewsRx编辑从北京报道的《中国人民日报》,研究称,“塑料制品”转角或挠度通常被用作评估地震损伤的指标并对钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的抗震性能等级进行了分类。在这里,重要的问题是确定钢筋混凝土梁的抗震性能水平限值。

Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – Current study results on Machine Learn ing have been published. According to newsreporting out of Beijing, People’s Re public of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The plasticrotation angle or deflection is typically used as the indicator to evaluate the earthquake-ind uced damageand classify the seismic performance levels of reinforced concrete ( RC) beams. Herein, one of the mostimportant issues is to determine the seismic performance level limits of RC beams.”
