Abstract

According to news reporting fromSalerno, Italy, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Speech is among the main forms of communicationbetween humans and robots in industrial settings, being the most natural way for a human worke r to issuecommands. However, the presence of pervasive and loud environmental n oise poses significant challengesto the adoption of Speech-Command Recognition systems onboard manufacturing robots; indeed, they areexpected to perform in re al time on hardware with limited computational capabilities and also to be robust and accurate in such complex environments.”
